Candace Girls is based and operated in the United States. The Foundation currently serves girls in both the state of South Carolina, U.S.A, and in the capital city of Monrovia, Liberia.
The Republic of Liberia is located in West Africa. Monrovia is on the Atlantic Coast at Cape Mesurado within Montserrado County.
