Luciona Johnson is an attorney at Winston & Strawn, LLP, in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Her practice includes complex commercial litigation and banking litigation.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina.

Luciona is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina and the United States District Court of South Carolina. 

She is active in her community as a member of the Bar Associations of North Carolina, Mecklenburg County, and South Carolina.  She has also provided significant pro bono counsel to a variety of groups including the Center for Battered Women and as Guardian Ad Litem for children.

Luciona distinctly believes in the value of education, and is committed to helping girls in Liberia achieve their goals and fulfill their destinies.
