Grants

Grants may be solicited by written correspondence, but must be followed by the submission of a completed Remittance Request Form.  In every case, all grants provided by Candace Girls shall be spent for the purpose(s) it was original intended to pay for, as stated on the Remittance Request Form.  In order to be approved for grants, the recipient organization must agree to provide periodic financial accountings of the grant funds that reflect how such funds were spent and how any such remaining funds are budgeted to be spent. 

Failure to comply with the terms of the grant may result in the Board (1) withholding any grant funds approved for distribution but not yet distributed to a recipient; and/or (2) revoking approval of any grant, or portion therof, before such grant, or portion therof, is distributed to the recipient.
